Looking for a skilled and talented Junior Sous Chef to take the role in our new opening in Central London.

* Modern European casual cuisine – Michelin Techniques – fresh and seasonal ingredients
* Around 100 covers per day
* restaurant – bar and PDRs

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can be a great asset for the Team. You will be growing into a senior chef in a talented hardworking brigade that values teamwork.

* 7 to 8 sifts per week, around 50 to 57 hours / overtime paid
* new kitchen – great equipment and ingredients
* opportunity to input menu and develop own dishes
* looking for someone who want to be trained into a sous chef

As this is a new exciting opening you will have a great opportunity to progress and develop with the business.
