JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – MONDAY-FRIDAY – WEST LONDON

We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef to work for a high end events company specialising in vegetarian and vegan food based in West London. You will have the opportunity to work at beautiful events, catering for a wide range of clientele.

It is essential that you have a strong culinary background, experience with working in events is not essential. It will be mainly internal catering but there are small events you will be catering for – so experience with volume is ideal.

* 30k
* 7am-4pm would be a normal day
* Need to be comfortable being client facing
* Ideal vegan/vegetarian experience but not necessary
* Devising new menus and dishes
* Canapes, bowl food, sit down functions, large and small scale

What we need from you:

* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* Eligibility to work in the UK
