JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – MONDAY-FRIDAY – EVENTS

We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous Chef to step up into a Sous Chef role. You will be trained by the Sous chef beforehand so this is a great opportunity to learn and grow as a Chef.

As a Sous Chef You will have the opportunity to work at beautiful events, catering for a wide range of clientele. You would be able to chose between two sites as a primary base (both in the city of London) however you will get cross training between the two.

It is essential that you have a strong culinary background, experience with working in events is not essential.

* 32k
* 45 hour week
* Rota varies depending on events
* Canapes, bowl food, sit down functions, large and small scale
* Will be working in top venues throughout London

What we need from you:

* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* Eligibility to work in the UK
