We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can lead a brigade of 10 Chefs and support the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain the Rosette standards of quality.
This is an amazing opportunity to learn techniques such as smoking and butchery. All chefs go on field trips to suppliers.

All made in house! Seasonal British and European menus.

* Rosette standards of quality or equivalent needed
* 7 Shifts
* 55 hours per week
