Paying up to 31K and providing up to 2800 covers per week in a 130-seater restaurant within a brigade of 15 chefs and serving modern European food with pronounced Asian influences! This is the flagship site of a very known and successful group.

* 10/15 chefs per service

* Working an average of 48 hours per week with paid overtime available
* Previous experience in a busy environment
* Able to help lead the kitchen, mentor a team
