We are looking for talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join this all day dining operation with a menu of seasonal, contemporary British cuisine.

* 2 Rosette restaurant
* High volume operation
* Team of 58 chefs in the brigade
* Working 5 straight shifts
* Overtime paid
* 28 days holidays including bank holidays
* Competitive salary package of up to £32,000pa for the right candidate

About you:

* High volume experience
* 5* hotel background or high quality establishment
* Eligible to work in the UK
