Middle Eastern experience not necessary so long as you are willing to learn and have a great attitude

The Restaurant:

* Open plan kitchen
* Large Chefs table
* 8 shifts until a full team is formed then reduced to 7
* Monday- Saturday ( they aim to open the kitchen 7 days a week mid-September)
* Relaxed kitchen environment no shouting
* Loads of room for promotion and progression – There will be a new opening in Knightsbridge next year and also international opportunities
