We’re looking for a London based Junior Sous Chef to join a 5 star London Hotel with a Rosette Restaurant.

Fantastic position to work in this prestigious company where they strongly encourage personal development and progression within the kitchen. You will be working underneath the Head Chef who has a Michelin Star background.

It is a large team and as Junior Sous chef you will be leading the junior chefs and running your section. The food is modern British with European influences. All ingredients are of an exceptional standard.

Offering a salary package of up to £29,500 per year for the right candidate. This role is perfect for an experienced Junior Sous Chef who has experience in a London 5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant. The fine dining element is key here.
