The role will require an experienced Native Japanese Sous Chef who has a wide range of Japanese cuisine discipline with at least 5 years in similar positions. You must have a creative mind to design exciting and modern Japanese dishes on a large scale with a production team.

You must be a good communicator in English, a great leader and have an energetic attitude to lead a successful team.
