Immediate start – Junior Chef de Partie, South West London
Join a fun and vibrant team in South West London, creating a dynamic menu from brunch through to dinner based in a very cool building right next to the Thames.
The small kitchen in the restaurant has a close-knit team with a Head Chef who can train a junior chef to a Michelin-level but creating more informal food with less pressure.
The kitchen is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie, or even Chef de Partie level, as you will be able to learn a lot joining this team.
All the food is made fresh on-site with innovative European flavours and combinations. Brunch is much more than your standard Full English and the dinner menu changes regularly to stay seasonal and keep the regular guests interested with new dishes.
The role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic chef to work good hours and learn a lot, paying up to £23000 a year for the right experience.
