Immediate – Chef de Partie – All-day restaurant, East London
This Chef de Partie vacancy requires an experienced person who has been working as a Chef de Partie in professional kitchens for at least 3 years, and preferably some Michelin or rosette experience. This Chef de Partie will need to be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment and able to remain calm under pressure. The Head Chef is looking for a strong team player, so you can support the more junior chefs and be able to help across any section of the kitchen.
The restaurant is a popular all-day seasonal brasserie, offering brunch through to dinner. The menu uses the best produce, sourced from around the UK and the Chef de Partie will learn to prepare Michelin-quality dishes working with this exceptional Head Chef. The restaurant has a brand new kitchen with state of the art equipment which allows the chefs to use modern and classical techniques.
The Chef de Partie position offers up to £24,000 a year based on 8 shifts a week. The role requires someone ready to work hard, but you will be rewarded working in a beautiful kitchen with a passionate team around you.
