Cultural and personnel training held abroad for 4-6 weeks – all expenses paid.

Main Duties, Skills and Experience requirements

As HR Manager, you will:

* Be responsible for people management and development, internal recruitment, employee relations, payroll, administration and learning & development
* Ensure the people side of the business runs smoothly, efficiently and happily
* Developing talent within an expanding business
* Be agile and fun in your approach
* Be able to collaborate on a daily basis, and work independently when needed
* Have real accountability – reporting to the owners themselves
* Be a HR professional with a minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry
* Have experience and a huge love for the hospitality industry
* Be proactive, as well as reactive to the business and its people and needs
