Key Skills and Experience

* Personality!
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service in busy environment
* Articulate and excellent spoken English
* Team player
* Two years’ experience in a similar post
* Two years’ experience in a reputable Food and Beverage establishment

Duties and Responsibilities

* To ensure that the telephones, bookings and computer systems are correctly operated.
* To ensure the daily supervision of all team members ensuring all opening and closing duties are carried out.
* To deal with customer requests, issues and complaints.
* To assist and share booking information with security and floor staff; communicate and update booking information and policies with reservations team.
* To cement strong relationships customers, clients and representatives.
* To ensure thorough product knowledge training for all subordinates and team members so they confidently merchandise all food and beverage products.
* To implement and follow the plan of promotions, events and entertainment.
* To ensure that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
* To establish rotas, to ensure/monitor staffing levels are in line with revenue, and appropriately control labour costs.
