This amazing Hotel is looking for a Head pastry to be in charged of the pastry section. Michelin Restaurants and luxury hotels background will be required as also talent, modern techniques and passion.

The team of 8 pastry chefs, works well together, creating simple but well executed deserts with a modern presentation. The Executive head chef is looking for immaculate presentation, revisited traditional deserts in a modern way, well plated deserts and tasty afternoon teas.

With a full autonomy on creation, the head pastry chef will need to show great employment history, passion and knowledge in H&S and Haccp.

Having great communication skills you’ll be part of a dedicated team. The ideal Head pastry chef will have a strong background working in fast paced kitchen, be a great communicator and well organised. The salary offer is £50,000. The company offers great benefits.
