We are looking for a talented, driven and sweet toothed Head Pastry Chef.

A British Brasserie in a bustling Central London location is looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef. Experience in Hotels and Fine Dining restaurants within the hospitality and catering industry is required.

The hours vary depending on business needs, working approximately 55-60 hours from Monday to Friday.

The London based pastry kitchen is very well equipped, the team is talented, the suppliers have amazing produce. All of this allows you to create really delicious desserts to ensure that you maintain the rosette standards the kitchen proudly holds.
