We are looking for a creative and engaging Head Pastry Chef to join our brigade in our fine dining restaurant near Victoria, serving a Modern British Cuisine.

We offer a bespoke set menu, which uses fresh, seasonal and ethically sourced produce; and we are focused on the refined cooking techniques and presentation.

The Job:

* MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY
* 60 hours per week
* 40 cover restaurant
* Located near Victoria
* Brigade of 13 chefs
* £35K Salary
* Experience with fresh, seasonal produce
* Available to start asap
* Be looking for progression and development within the company
* MUST have minimum 2 years experience

We would consider a strong Sous Pastry Chef for this role, if they show passion, dedication and a lot of creativity.

Minimum requirements:

* Passport / Visa
* Proof of address
* References covering 2 years
* Previous experience in a similar role at a similar level
