The role:

* Salary up to £35k
* 8am – 4:30pm core hours + overtime pay (flexibility around busy peak and event times essential)
* Working in some of London’s most exclusive venues
* Responsible for creating menus, developing pastry
* Creative flair is essential for this role, ideally a la carte fine dining experience
* This is a client facing role therefore excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
* London based role
* Bespoke, refined catering


* High end events catering experience or banqueting experience
* Refined a la carte experience
* Creative individual
* Ability to create beautiful cakes, afternoon tea as well as exciting, innovative plated desserts in large quantities
* Team player and strong leader
* Excellent ability to communicate at all levels – directors, clients, colleagues, suppliers etc
* Can work well under time pressure
* Flexibility in hours when required
