Head Pastry Chef Convention Centre Hong Kong
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the culinary team of one of Hong Kong’s top Conference and Exhibition Venues as the Head Pastry Chef.
As the Head Pastry Chef you will report into the venues Executive Head Chef and be fully responsible for aspects of pastry production in an extremely high volume operation that can serve up to 3000 covers across a number of different spaces at one time.
You will ensure that your team of ten chefs is well trained and motivated consistently delivering the level of food expected within one of Hing Kong’s premier venues.
The Head Pastry Chef will also be responsible for overseeing all back of house aspects of the pastry operation from dealing with suppliers, creating new dishes and doing stock takes.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years Head Pastry Chef experience in a 5 Star Hotel of Conference Centre.
