Head of Operations & Administration Coordinator

Our client, an international education group, are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administration and operations coordinator to join their head office. The role will be supporting the head office team and board of directors.

Duties:

* Providing support to the internationally located board of directors
* Coordinating monthly board meetings in the UK/ abroad
* Providing secretarial and organisational support to the Executive Team
* drafting and preparing documents and agendas, pre-meeting briefings and action points to follow up
* Office management and facilities, such as supplier agreements, maintaining corporate accounts, negotiating renewals and deals
* First point of contact for IT support in the head office and schools, by acting as key liaison with external IT management companies. Managing the website domains and purchasing hardware and software.
* Providing HR support to the schools including sourcing candidates, screening, organising interviews, induction, training, and liaising with external recruitment agencies
* Handling the creation and implementation of global policy and procedure, including Health & Safety
* Reception and other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

* Education to degree level
* 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
* Excellent computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills
* Self-motivated
* Strong attention to detail
* Great written and communication skills
