Essential experience required:

* High-end food and beverage experience – minimum 4-5 years
* Exceptional client relationship track record
* Strategic business skills
* Visionary leadership – able to lead a team
* Food innovation
* Strong financial acumen
* Proven experience of managing change and developing teams
* Knowledge of food production methods and procedures
* Self -motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2/ or other suitable management experience
* Basic Food Hygiene certificate
