Head of Catering for high profile sporting venue in Surrey
We are recruiting a Head of Catering for a high-profile sporting venue in Surrey.
The venue offer comprises of: day visitor catering, cafes (including concessions) and multiple meeting and event spaces.
The Head of Catering will manage all front of house and back of house operations and kitchen areas for the venue; identifying income streams, driving sales and managing costs.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will manage a team of three direct reports (Head Chef, Front of House Manager and a Concessions Manager) and lead a wider team of ten.
Ensuring excellence, to visitors, clients and staff will be your number one priority.
This is a seven-day operation, requiring the person to work five days out of seven.
