Exciting opportunity has arisen for HEAD CHEF in a Central London Modern Wine Bar and Restaurant, the position is available Straight Away and offers Great work environment.

The role is offering 5 working days per week Tuesday-Saturday with one lunch/evening off, salary of £35,000-40,000k/year depending on experience.

You will get the chance to take part of a lovely team, family atmosphere, brigade of 4 chefs offering simple, fresh, contemporary French influenced food.

What we would ask from you:

* Experienced chef
* Understanding the concept and the menu
* Ideally some background in cooking French cuisine
* Being able to lead and motivate the team
* Creative input on the menu, however will get assistance from operations manager
* Organisational skills and understanding of all UK HACCPS procedures
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
