Head Chef – South American Concept – Hong Kong

A new exciting South American concept is opening in Hong Kong. They are looking for a South American Head Chef to kick start the team. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge in this authentic cuisine including food from Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Chile etc. This venue can seat up to 120 guests, having hotel or similar sized venue experience is an advantage. You will start working with the menu the Executive Chef has created, and will be able to input and develop the menu once the restaurant has fully opened. Ideally you will have opening experience have some knowledge about the Asian market, from working with locals to standard of living. This beautiful space has a huge focal bar and a terrace, there will be events and functions that often take place. The right candidate will have solid leadership and management skills.
