Exciting new opening in Central London, looking for a Head Chef to run this high-end seafood focussed restaurant. Using the best ingredients from the British coast. Exciting flavours, constantly changing menu. The Head Chef will be working closely with the Exec Chef, and running all aspects of this kitchen with them – menu planning, development, costing, GPs, hiring, training and all runnings of the kitchen. The Head Chef must have proven experience in these areas and display confidence, well-rounded communication yet still be able to follow the guidance of the Exec Chef.

The restaurant will be open all day for breakfast, lunch, dinner but will have dedicated breakfast chefs.

The team will consist of 20 chefs, 300 covers + per day.

This is a much anticipated opening, and a great opportunity for a motivated, experience head chef to be a part of something great.

The Head Chef we desire must have a stable background (several years in each role), with proven managmenent and hands-on cooking skills. We are also looking for a candidate who will be able to provide excellent references.
