Head Chef New Restaurant Opening Hong Kong
A newly opened restaurant in Central Hong Kong that serves rotisserie meats is currently looking for an experienced individual to join them as the Head Chef, as the Head Chef you will report into the owners and be fully responsible for the day to day running of the busy kitchen.
You will ensure that the team is motivated and consistently delivering the standards expected. You will also be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, ordering food and the overall smooth running of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will be a strong sous chef or head chef in a busy independent restaurant and ideally have experience in rotisserie cooking.
