Head Chef wanted for what will be one of the hottest openings of 2018!
A Modern British Brasserie with a team of 40 chefs is opening early 2018 and needs a head chef to ensure the opening is a total success. The chef will be coming on board in January to help with opening a few months later.
Seasonality, Proveneance and Produce will be the focus when creating the menus.
The ideal background for this role will be someone who has volume experience, someone who loves working with people, managing teams and who is excited to create and develop menus.
As well as being able to manage a large team and high volume of customers you must be a talented chef who can create menus that will wow the customers. 2018 is going to be an exciting year for the London hospitality and catering industry so now is a chance to be involved. The salary is up to £60,000 with a performance related bonus on top for the perfect candidate.
