A Central London, reputable French Brasserie is looking for a Head Chef.
This restaurant serves classic French dishes with modern twists and techniques. For this reason a strong culinary background is essential. The ideal candidate will have worked in Michelin and Rosette kitchens and have a strong grasp on current hospitality and catering trends.
As Head Chef you will be in charge of the menus, the staff development, day to day running of the kitchen and liaising with the front of house team and the owner to ensure smooth services.
The salary for this role is up to £60,000 depending on experience and background.
The working hours for this role are business dependent.
