We are looking for a head chef for a high end French bistro in the city of London. The ideal candidate will be a Sous Chef wanting to step up into their first head chef position, or a head chef simply wanting more of a work/life balance.

TUESDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY

Split shifts

28 days holiday per year (inc. two weeks over Christmas)

Team of 2

£35K package

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a role they can take charge in, some knowledge of costing and stock control is ideal, however you will be able to learn and develop in the role as you go.
