This Head Chef position requires someone with strong managerial skills and an eye for detail. The kitchen has a consistent menu with room to be creative and inventive with ideas. You must be a good team leader, and competent with all back office matters of running a high quality kitchen. All food is made fresh on site, with high volume during the Summer evenings and weekends.
The role offers a good salary of £30,000 a year with a generous bonus scheme, based on GP and sales levels. The pub is part of a small group so there are good opportunities to progress and grow, working in this small but successful business.
The pub is based in the popular area of East London, with a good number of regular customers. They do large covers, with two floors and an outdoor space offering food and drink. The food is based on classic, traditional British flavours to complement the British beers on tap.
