* One of the most established and high end Events Catering Company in North London
* Amazing standard of food using fresh and seasonal ingredients
* Need to be a strong people manager, with great business acumen
* Working with Current Senior Sous Chef and Head Pastry Chef
* Large events for up to 500 people
* Ideal Rosette experience in restaurants, or similar high end events company
* Large and established fine dining events company
* Excellent understanding of hygiene, health and safety legislation
* Confident in all aspects of financial management including GPs, costings and labour budgets
* Commercially astute with the full understanding the workings of a kitchen
* Salary Negotiable Paid weekly over the period

Our client needs short term Head Chef Cover from the middle of January to Mid-March. Due to the Head Chefs break from the business.

The candidate must people take responsibility and hit the ground ruining,

To work with the current team to facilitate functions over the period of the head chefs absence and total responsibility of the kitchen over the 6 week period.
