An amazing opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Head Chef position in a boutique catering company in West London.

We are looking for a talented and creative Head Chef or a Sous chef ready to take the step up to join this top tier Contract catering company.

Are you looking to play an integral part in the creative engine and work within an incredibly supportive team?

This candidate should have a sound understanding of event kitchens and be very comfortable working to high volumes. :

* Maintaining all health and safety standards
* Menu writing
* Ordering and stock management
* Overtime management and organising
* Event planning and delegating chefs to certain jobs
* Allergens
* Event logistics planning

What we need from you:

* Previous experience as a Head Chef/Sous Chef
* Previous event experience
* Strong communication skills
