Head Chef requirements:

* Head Chef experience, or strong Senior Sous Chef
* 2 AA Rosette experience upwards
* Excellent communication – with your brigade, GM, FOH team and your direct report
* Consistent CV (not jumpy)
* Passion for modern British cuisine
