Head Chef salary negotiable, Kensington and Chelsea fish restaurant with 28 days holiday + bank holidays!
A very busy fish and seafood restaurant in Kensington and Chelsea is now in the recruitment process for a new Head Chef. This is an open restaurant, so you must have good communication and people skills, have the confidence to cook in front of guests and occasionally speak to them about the dishes you are preparing.
This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef with previous Hospitality and Catering industry experience in a similar environment to gain some work/life balance! This wonderful company offers an amazing 28 days annual leave, + banks holidays and they are even closed on Sundays! Not only that, but the successful Head Chef will receive a share of cash tips every week averaging an extra £60/week! You should have a strong knowledge of seafood, with 2-4 years minimum experience in a fish and seafood restaurant, as well as experience working in an open kitchen.

What we need from you:
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Previous experience in a fish and seafood restaurant
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill
* Food Hygiene Certificate L3 in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* National Insurance Number
* 2 years of reference supplied
