A well-known French Brasserie in Mayfair, London, is looking for a talented Head Chef.
This wonderful French institution serves classic French dishes with modern touch. Strong culinary background is essential. The ideal candidate will have true passion for French cuisine and will be dedicated. The successful Head Chef will be ambitious, creative and a team player.
As Head Chef you will be in charge of the menus, the staff development, day to day running of the kitchen and liaising with the front of house team. You will be proactive and a problem solver.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, with 300 covers per day. The restaurant has regular clients so quality and consistency are very important.
The salary for this role is up to £60,000 depending on experience and background.
