We are looking for a Head Canape Chef for a high profile events company in the City of London. We need someone who will set a good precedent for the rest of the team – ensuring the high standard of the company is consistently met.

The ideal candidate will be a Sous chef looking to step up into this role, having had experience in canapes you would help develop new ideas and concepts for the ever changing seasonal menus.

You will work closely with the head chef of production to help produce menus, organise event spaces and all aspects that come with this.


The idea candidate should:

* Be willing to step up into this management role
* Have previous experience as a sous chef
* Passport and/or Visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie utility bill or bank statement
* 2 years of references supplied
* National Insurance Number
* Food Hygiene Level 3 certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
