We are looking for a highly talented Head Baker willing to relocate to the beautiful area of Limerick, Republic of Ireland to work in one of the country’s finest leisure resorts and luxury hotels.

* Reporting directly to Executive Pastry Chef who has multi-Michelin star experience in the world’s best kitchens
* Be in charge of a team of three dedicated bakers providing for the multi-outlets of this 5* resort
* Producing extremely high end breads, viennoiserie and other quality baked goods
* Shifts: 9-10hours a day, 5 times weekly (note: overnight or early mornings for viennoiserie)
* Accommodation: available to staff for a minimal fee
* Attractive salary of €45,000 + benefits

The successful candidate will have an exemplary background in producing consistent quality breads and sourdoughs, alongside other products required by the fine dining, breakfast and afternoon tea outlets. The ability to lead a team is essential with good level of English and communication mandatory.
