One of Hong Kong’s most exclusive 5 Star Hotels is currently looking for an exceptional individual to join their friendly team as a Guest Experience Manager.

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for running the front office operation whilst working either an early or late shift. The hotel offers a faultless deskless check in and check out experience where members of the front office team offer a truly luxury experience encompassing the roles of reception, concierge and guest relations.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience in a 5 Star Hotels front office team and be passionate about high end customer service and the luxury hotel sector.
