* Work closely with the People team and General Managers
* Key stakeholder relationship building

Requirements:

* 5 years operational experience in a high-end hospitality, ideally 5-star hotels
* Ideally, have a qualification in training
* An eye for detail and quality
* The ability to lead and influence others and demand consistently high-quality service
* Exceptional written and spoken English
* Another language would be beneficial

Although based at one London location, regular travel will be required to other properties in the group.
