* As Sous Chef you must be able to
* Follow UK Hospitality and Catering Health and Safety standards
* Manage and Develop Junior Chefs
* Run a kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
* Create menus
* Run a smooth and calm service
* Work well with front of house teams
* The Role will provide
