*Essential Skills and Knowledge

– Minimum 3+ year’s people management experience within in a similar business environment (serviced offices desirable)
– Experience in customer service from a 5-star hospitality environment
– Demonstrate the ability to anticipate the needs of a customer
– Ability to multi-task and deal with a fast-changing work environment
– Confidence and willingness to take full ownership of your job role
– High level of creativity, energy and resolve
