General Manager – High footfall restaurant in central London

We are looking for an experienced General Manager that will lead a large, high footfall restaurant in central London. The role will require strong leadership of the FOH and BOH teams, a leader who will take full responsibility for the business, its financial performance, business process and service standards reporting directly to the operations manager.

The company’s standards are very high, so you must be able to interact with guests, but at the same time be super-efficient and be able to multitask.

You will need to have previous experience and accomplishments in leading a restaurant of similar size and be able to demonstrate success in training and developing teams to deliver exceptional service whilst driving financial performance in a values-led business. You will need to create a business plan quarter to quarter and have a strong understanding of your PnL, how to react to financial challenges and drive success. You should be detailed and organised, work to a clear business plan and have relentless passion to get things right and impress customers with a great dining experience.
