General Manager, Central London Venue, £55K

Currently seeking a well-seasoned GM to take charge of a new venue opening in Central London.

The venue hosts multiple kitchens and bars showcasing numerous British food & drink offerings and has a capacity of around 500.

As General Manager you must be an enthusiastic and passionate individual, be exceptionally organised and be an extremely strong leader with previous experience in similar sized venues.

* Experience in opening a similar size venue

The role:

* Liaise with all traders to help maintain a high level of offering a service throughout the site
* Ensure all customers receive the best experience possible
* Work alongside the PR team helping to develop marketing strategies and advertising
* Responsible for all financial aspects of the business
* Complete organisation of the security and safety procedures required for such a venue
* Risk assessment, EHO and Health & Safety
* Staff management and training
