General Manager (Catering) £32-38K for sporting venue, Surrey
We are recruiting a General Manager (Catering) for a wonderful sporting venue in Surrey.
The venue offer comprises of: day visitor catering, cafes (including concessions) and multiple meeting and event spaces.
The General Manager will manage all front of house and back of house operations and kitchen areas for the venue; identifying income streams, driving sales and managing costs.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will have a team of three direct reports (Head Chef, Front of House Manager and Concessions Manager) and lead a wider team of ten.
Ensuring excellence will be your number one priority – day visitors, clients and staff.
This is a seven-day operation, requiring the GM to work five days out of seven.
