General Manager c£50k+ – Unique Festival Spirit

We are excited to be recruiting for an experience General Operations Manager to work within this unique venue. You will be working alongside various quality street food vendors as well as fixed tenants within the site.

You will be responsible for the logistics of the site as well as management of licensing for the venue, liaising with security to ensure the health & safety aspects are maintained at all times.

This is an exciting time to join the team as new venues will be opening within the next 12 months and this could lead to a multisite role!

About you:

* Must have proven experience within Operations within a High quality multi-vendor environment
* Experience with a new opening
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and general restaurant procedure
* Be fully financially aware
* Working knowledge of licensing laws
