FLOOR MANAGER, £30K, Destination Restaurant
Calling passionate FLOOR MANAGERS!!
We are in need of an energetic, experienced FLOOR MANAGER / SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER/ EXTRAORDINARY PERSON to join us.
We are a busy restaurant, split over multiple floors and we work in a large dynamic team. We need an extra Floor Manager to help us create a fantastic atmosphere in our venue, by looking over a section of the restaurant floor and supervising a team of waiters.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced work environment, with a keen eye for excellent standards and quality ingredients.
Experience is very necessary in this role, there will be training and development available, but a sound knowledge of the industry and position will be essential.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience at a similar level
* Experience working in a quality volume restaurant
* Be very service orientated
* Enjoy a faced paced work environment
* Have experience managing and developing a small team
* Be an excellent communicator at all levels
* Passionate about food and beverage
