Floor Manager – High Volume City

A fantastic opportunity for a great in a quality restaurant in The City.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager you will be working closely with management team and you will be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the restaurant floor, anticipating customer needs before they have been asked and delicately handling any situations that may arise.

You will also need to have a very strong passion for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine. This restaurant is founded by a dedicated Chef, who prides himself in the enthusiasm his staff share for his food and business.

We operate a 70 cover restaurant in the City, which caters for both eat in and take away guests, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, except for Sunday, when we are open only for breakfast and lunch. This role is; customer service orientated, team focused, floor based, actively presiding over the day to day management of the restaurant floor.

We are ideally looking for:

* Interesting and friendly managers to join our team.
* Previous experience of working in high volume, quality restaurants in a similar position
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* A hands on approach to work
* Experience leading and managing a team
