Floor Manager – Exciting Cafe, Restaurant & Event Venue – £30k

The Change Group have just taken on a unique and exciting role which is sure to challenge a candidate that is looking for a fantastic working environment.

A large Community Centre near Camden in North London is looking for a Floor Manager to oversee and assist with its daily operations. The restaurant and café is a very busy part of the venue, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist the General Manager with a variety of tasks including:

* Reservations and enquiries.
* Service and Customer interaction
* Back of House administration including stock-takes, inventory and event planning.

As a Floor Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for the overall running of this busy restaurant.

We are also looking for a candidate that possesses the following attributes:

* Engaging, friendly and pro-active personality.
* Ability to identify a problem and help resolve it quickly and efficiently.
* Clear communicator that can deal with managers across the venue.
* Happy to work in a laid back, charity environment with an interest in the arts.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £30,000 along with 41 days holiday, Friday and Saturday’s off and company benefits.
