Experienced Sous Chef – Mayfair


We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef for a luxury cafe in Central London, Mayfair. The Café specialises in classic British cuisine serving Lobster, Afternoon Tea and other Quintessentially British dishes.

The kitchen and front of house staff ensure consistency is maintained to make it a personal experience every time, making guests feel unique and welcome to enjoy seasonally inspired classic British cuisine, with elegant surroundings.

Attention to detail and a passion for food is a must.

This is a 45 hour week role working 8am-5pm or 12pm-9pm


A competent Sous Chef who is qualified and fluent in English

The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience working in British cuisine

The successful Sous Chef will have a proven employment history working in reputable restaurants/hotels/gastro pubs

Someone who is confident on working on more than one section

Must be a well presented, conscientious team player
