Executive Chef

My client are looking for vibrant, passionate chef of all levels to join independent restaurants Central. My client are working on developing and promoting their brand and require candidates with good organization, discipline, and professionalism. The ability to work well in a team is also a must.

We are looking for an innovative, creative and organized Executive Chef and Head Chef. Previous experience is required in managing a kitchen.

Role

* Developing and innovating new recipes for the menu on a regular basis
* Food preparation
* Ordering and overseeing stock management
* Managing and coordinating a team
* Recruiting and training members of staff
* Manage wastage and financial workings of the kitchen
* Management and management of Annual Leave for the kitchen team
* Maintaining high standards in food production and quality, and adhering to all health and safety guidance
