About the role:

* 6 London location and expanding!
* Salary up to £45,000
* Monday to Friday – occasional weekends might be required
* Responsible for recruitment and training of all kitchen staff
* Creation of menu content with appropriate costings and allergen information
* Creation of spec book and recipes for use in all kitchens
* Delivery of consistent standard for all food in all sites
* Development of sales driving concepts alongside the Operations team
* Implement strong financial practices to achieve targets

Essential experience:

* New openings
* Management of multiple sites
* standardised systems across all sites
* Menu development
* Good knowledge of British cuisine and Brunch menus
* Maintain great standards of Food Hygiene across all sites
* Management of staff rotas and training, financial targets and overall smooth functioning of all kitchens
* Update with current legislation related to food safety and hygiene
